My son nail came between door while he was playing. After 3 to 4 days while cutting nails pus came out light yellowish color.i cleaned it with sterilized cotton. What should I do

U can apply Mupirocin ointment to the wound, If there is no tenderness or redness.
Next Steps
apply Mupirocin ointment.  keep the wound clean.  Avoid getting it wet.

If tenderness and pain present at site of wound better to show a pediatrician for cleaning and dressing.
