I have 8-10 puss cells and 6-8 epithelial cells in urine. I have 7 months old baby and this is post pregnancy. Is it common or not? I had vaginal delivery and my stitches did not healed properly and doc had to put silver nitrate on granulation tissue. Pain got reduced post that.
