Pus cells are 25-30 WBC/HPF

I had body pain and mild fever since last 3 days. Doctor suggested for a blood and urine test. In reports the Pus cells are 25-30 WBC/HPF and Epithelial cells are 10-15. Is it a dangerous condition or normal? Plus how to take it further from here.

You have urinary tract infection.Increase your water intake.You may go for a urine culture and sensitivity first.If don't want to go then take Tablet Cetil 250 mg once a day for 19 days along with Tablet Niftas 100 mg twice for 7 days.

It is urine infection and it is not dangerous. But of course if it does not get treated it can be dangerous.
