Hi there.. I can understand your concern.. your urine reports are absolutely normal.. upto 3-4 pus cells and 2-3 epithelial cells are normal in urine test.. if you have burning sensation during urination suspecting UTI urinary tract infection then you can get urine culture and sensitivity done to know any bacterial infection there which could not be known in routine urine test.. if you have no symptoms at al then nothing to worry at al.
