Pus cell found in semen analysis

PFA the semen analysis of my husband where 10-11 pus cells have been found.Also,refer the sperm motility.We are trying for the second baby.Do these pus cell affect quality of the sperm.should be go for semen culture to find out the exact bacterium causing the infection.pls suggest.
