Pus cell 14-16/hpf in semen

I did semen analysis just before planning for kid. I got 14-16/hpf pus cell in 2 ml semen with 98million count and 60% motile, 10% sluggish, 80% normal form. Can you help to suggest antibiotics for the pus cells.
