I recently had jock itch, it had stopped by applying Clotrimazolé(Candid) dusting powder. But now had small pea sized Pus formation in the groin area, which had busted out last night and the area got exposed and there is difficulty in walking. Applied Dettol Antiseptic liquid to disinfect. How to heal that open wound? It stink sometimes . I don't want it to get infected. Please help with this,
