My 3 years 10 months old son has 1-2/hpf plus cells and epithelial cells 1-3/hpf in the urine routine .Rbc is nil and others are nil in microscopy examination.. albumin: nil and sugar:nil. BUT I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE PRESENCE OF PYS AND EPITHELIAL CELLS..IS IT NORMAL... OR DOES HE HAVE ANY URINARY INTECTION?
