I have pimples issues at large on face and even on shoulders also I never had safi or any other tonic earlier.

Hello there, the pimple can be due to various reasons, Improper cleaning of face, blockage of pores of face, excessive dandruff on scalp,etc. Do consult online, i need detailed history so that to understand the cause. Medication and some tips will help you get rid of this.

Next Steps
DX – • If Nec: Testosterone (if hirsutism in female), dhea-s, LH, FSH.
Health Tips
TX – Meds: • Mild Acne: Benzamycin 3%/5% apply QAM, Adapalene 0.1% apply QHS, F/U 1 month. • Moderate Acne: Benzamycin 3%/5% BID, w/ PO Minocycline 50mg BID x 12 weeks or Bactrim. • Severe Acne: Accutane (for males), dermatologist referral.
