Pulsing fingertips

Is it normal to feel pulsation on fingertips, i dont have any condition, had all of my tests done, everything including ecg echo, chest x ray, usg,etc came normal but these pulsing fingertips are hampering my daily activities and i agitated about them whenever i touch a surface hard or soft and firmly press my hand against it my fingertips start to pulse like heart, i dont know if it is the same pulse that pulse oximeter detects because even they are used on finger not on thumb, but it is quite annoying please help i have just noticed these unusual thing a week back and when i put these fingers againt my legs head or forearm even these part feel like they have pulse and i think its my fingers pulse and not of that part, if it makes sense, please help..
