While sitting and lying on bed my pulse is 90-95 and while standing my pulse is 115-120. I am taking inderal 10 mg one time in morning. I have started inderal in August 2019 due to palpitations in chest . At that time I am taking inderal 20 twice a day . I am having hypothyroidism , but now my thyroid is in control. Kindly diagnose

Change in posture to standing the heart rate increases. It’s normal. Only in physically very fit it may not increase so much. Inderal started a while ago may help in reducing some general anxiety and heart rate. You may consult your doctor about the need for it in your case

It seems like a sinus tachycardia. Share the ecg or consult to confirm . Reducing stress , avoiding smoking and caffeine , regular exercise , good hydration and yoga /meditation are ways to deal with it .
