Hello sir, I have a small VSD. Normal pulse rate is around 87. Recently I am having fever with headache. I got medicines from local doctor. Whenever I take antibiotic in morning that is Azithromycin, My pulse rate crosses 100.

Hi dear If you are having fever and headache get yourself tested for covid Your higher pulse rate could be due to fever If Azithromycin is causing tachycardia you should stop it
