From last 15-20 days pulse rate get increases and BP goes on decrease. Post dialysis pulse rate is going to 130,140. And BP goes to 70/45,80/50, 90/60.

Hello, If this is happening post dialysis then you have to adjust your BP medicines in consultation with your nephrologist

Hi, Are you already taking any medications for BP? Low BP only during dialysis timings? If already on BP medications then consult your nephrologist to without BP medication on the day of dialysis. Lowering of BP may rise your hear rate, anyway take ecg and serum electrolytes as baseline investigation and consult with doctor for optimizing medicine.
