Pulsating feeling

From past 1 year I am experiencing pulsations in chest and stomach I done my usg abdomene and ecg and tmt and echo all are normal but i still having these symptoms I am having pan gastric problem and anxiety issues pls tell what is the problem I am having and my echo shows ef:70% but I done my echo in 2019 and ef:73% why my ef is dressed pls tell me I am attaching my report here

Mild changes can be there . Your report is normal. There is nothing to worry in your report. 50 to 75 EF is normal. Repeat the report witb a different doctor ,preferably a cardiologist. Monitor your heart rate. Relax yourself.
