Hi,    Before giving any solution to the problem I have to know few things. - Does your son have a cavity in any teeth near the swelling? - Since how long have you noticed the swelling? Please answer these questions and contact back with a picture of the problem area. In the mean time you can buy kidodent mouthwash. Dip a piece of medical gauge in the mouthwash liquid and gently wipe near the swelling. As he is very young, rinsing with mouthwash cannot be adviced. Infections like these need proper medicines after determining the cause.

Dear Patient Just because there is no pain. Does not mean his gums are healthy. Applying just a solution may not be enough.  Please visit a dentist for diagnosis and treatment or the pus
