I have pulmonary tuberculosis and 3 month treatment is done. My sputum test is nagetive but radiological no improvement.

Kindly go for sputum gene xpert.. sometime sputum report may not be reliable of done from pvt setup...go for sputum AFB gene xpert

Hi As sputum become negative it shows you are responding to the drugs. So complete the treatment for 3 more months. Then repeat the chest Xray. Take care
