Spirometry alone offers limited insight without symptoms or clinical context. Please provide a detailed symptom history—nature, timing, triggers—to enable accurate interpretation

Overall spirometry within normal limits for FEV1 and FVC. However, significantly reduced mid-expiratory flows (FEF25–75%) which is suggestive of early small airway obstruction. Needs to correlate clinically with symptoms, looks like which performing pft patient had cough as well. Consider bronchodilator reversibility testing if clinically indicated.
