For last 6-7 month I suffering from pulling in my right testis with pain there is always a tension and tightness in my spermatic cord I done USG 3 time consultant lots of urologist but there is no solution everyone said noting , I complete antibiotics dose and gabapin , please help me I am suffering a lot
