Puj right kidney obstruction ,flank pain

Done Dpta scan which shows 1.Right kidney is mildly enlarged and hydronephrotic. It shows good cortical function and findings suggestive of passive pelvic stasis woth no significant obstruction. Does it required surgery ?

One can wait and just follow up with renal scan every yearly once...
