Hi , Her symptoms suggest psychotic breakdown. If she continues to refuse treatment u may need to contact local govt mental institution who may arrange ambulance to admit her to emergency unit. They could detain her and administer medications against her wishes under mental health act. Her mental state may improve and will take medications on her own. The risk of not treating her are : aggression towards others, not sleeping , risk of harm to self or may risk of hurting family members.
