Dear Am starting stage of Psoryasis just 3 spots I have on one of in leg and other is on stomach like dry rashes with red and white dandruff on that. And in Scalf I have a lot rashes with dandruff doctor written some prescription but now my query is am feeling like dry face is the Psoryasis related to dry skin of face if yes How to get rid with dry skin face Pls suggest even my total hands getting dry am feeling What food I have to take Pls advise for better qure and fast releaf
