Previously, dead skin used to come out of my head and chest, but right now there have been marks in the form of rash from the neck down to the top of the abdomen, in which itching, burning sensation, the entire skin of the body has become dry.

Hello Since when you are facing this problem. Thus its an Allergic reaction known as urticaria R u taking any treatment. It may be due to allergy of food, Medicine, dust, weather changes, and many other causes
