With your short history this looks like a sequele of acute on chronic pancreatitis and the cause probably a gall stone induced. You need surgery - a cholecystectomy , pancreatico- cysto jejunostomy. Feel free to ask any further quary related to this.

You have most likely had an episode of acure pancreatitis sometime in recent past. The pancreatic cyst is a consequence of this. Most likely cause of the pancreatitis is your gallstones.
Next Steps
Please visit a general and laparoscopic surgeon for clinical evaluation. You will most likely require surgery which will be laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) and internal drainage of the cyst
Health Tips
Do not delay treatment.
