Sir, during an ongoing infection, the Serum PSA level can become mildly elevated. So, the infection should be treated first, and the PSA test can be repeated later for a more accurate assessment.

Further evaluation- 1. Urine Routine Microscopy 2. Urine culture sensitivity 3. USG- KUB with Prostate volume & Post void residual (PVR) urine

yes the report is normal. And neutrophils are usually raised when there is an active infection.
