I have type 2 Dm and HTN from last 3 months protien is going in urine, i consulted nephrologist he adviced 24 hours urine protien its result came 938 and my upcr 0.87.Doctor advice renal biopsy and he said the biopsy report was normal, he gave me only udapa 10 tablet, now i am feeling weekness and foamy urine. What is the cause that protien leak  in Urine..please advice me sir what to do

Generally in diabetes it takes about 10 years to develop protein leak  in the urine ,unless u have a positive family history for diabetes kidney disease ,if there are no other affects of diabetes like on the nerves and eyes u should go for a biospy
