Ultra sonography result shows enlarged Prostrate (35mm) My age is 56 years.... earlier I have never bothered about my urin frequency...but now I could see that frequency of urinal is increasing and very slow fall of liquid.... I do not have any pain or other issues.... I wish to reduce my prostrate volume..

Get a full clinical assessment by physical clinical examination by a urologist, per rectal examination,ultrasonography of abdomen especially for the KUB & prostate region along with the post void residual urine,. uroflowmery,serum PSA and few other basic tests. Treatment as per your clinical findings r
