Prostrate Enlargement BPH 35cc

My father is suffering from prostrate enlargement BPH 35cc. He urinates frequently during daytime but nightime it is ok and he does not go to urinate often. Does he need surgery? Sometimes he take Prostagard D8 to relieve symptoms. He has recently also been diagnosed with high sugar PP after food 221. Do you advice surgery or is it manageable with medications?

Manageable with medical management. Need further evaluation with Uroflowmetry and PSA level. Continue Prostagard D8 at night time daily

Doesn't seems to require surgery at present. Needs more evaluation and tests.
