Does high PSA score always means that it's a prostrate cancer? My PSA score measured are 15.9 ng/mL and after two weeks 10.15 ng/mL and again after two weeks 34.6 mg/mL. I am on catheter. Why does the PSA score dropped and then rose to 34.6?

Raised PSA may be due to catheter. It may be due to many other reasons including infection, apart from cancer. Please consult your urologist.
