Prostatitis Treatment.

Hi, I am facing difficulty in urinating and feels pain while urinating ( mainly in urine pipe). I have also done urine test, prostate massage urine test, urine culture test and none of them detected any infection. However when I have done semen culture it was detected for Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in the culture test. Could you please let us know what medicine will cure prostatitis. Best regards
