I did a PSA test three months back and the score was 2.8. An ultrasound revealed a urine retention level of 20%. Since my blood sugar levels were also slightly elevated ( random sugar test reading of 147), the doctor suggested that we wait for some time before deciding on treatment. I continue to experience frequent urination ( more than 10 times a day). Should I wait or should I start some treatment ?

Sugar level of 147 usually doesn't cause frequent urination U r problem may be secondary to prostate enlargement Get consultation of urologist .they give proper advice and do accordingly.
