Prostate Surgery - DVIU /TURP. Homeopath

My father has been advised TURP and DVIU. I'm attaching all his reports . Can this be cured in homeopathy - If yes, by when patient will start seeing effects? His post void is 7ml but RGU shows urethral stricture. I read surgery could cause relapse. Please help.

Stricture is a surgical problem and it needs some form of procedure/surgery to open up the stricture(narrowing of urine way). Relapse (Recurrence) can happen & varies depending on the length of stricture & type of procedure.
