Hi, My father has stage 4 prostate cancer and doctor fear it might spread to bones. His PSA is 4324. Age is 68. Will he be cured by treatment. kindly suggest

Get a PSMA PET scan done... Most likely he will have metastasis. Rest assured, if treated early, it can be controlled for long time.
