Hey im having pain in my lower abdomen . (over pubic bone)| it starts happen when i start jerking off but dont ejaculate . so what it is ? and there is another problem that due to this their is also pain in my rectum side. i cant poop but urinate normally. 2nd problem i feel like my anus space is reduced i need to push more than normal(4-5 months ago)
