Prostate enlargement

I had issues of slightly infrequent urination since the past few months. I got myself tested. I am attaching one USG abdomen and PSA report. I have been given URIMAX D as medication by my physician to be taken for 6 months. Have been taking the medicine since 15 days. (One every night) Is my medicine okay or would you like to prescribe something different after seeing my reports. Kindly advise.  I have BP and thyroid. I take Eritel AM and Thyronorm 25. Other parameters like B12,  D3,  Creatinine, Sugar  etc all okay.

Your ultrasound scan report shows prostate enlargement causing bladder outlet obstruction .Your doctor has recommended the right medicine and may take a few more weeks to show it's results.Follw up visit may require an additional medicine as well depending on the symptoms and progress.Get your PSA test as well.Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible with a good diet habit and lifestyle modifications.Do exercise regularly to lose weight ,a single most important thing in the treatment of fatty liver.Dont be concerned about the simple renal cyst.
