Prostate size 35 cc PVR 23 ML SUFFERING FROM BPH SINCE 2016 TAKING SILOFAST D8 BUT NO RELIEF. Wants  PROSTATE ARTERY EMBOLISATION.

If you don't have any symptoms relief with current treatment you should consult a urologist. Based on your evaluation further treatment in the form of medical or surgical therapy might be required. As far as prostate artery embolization is concerned it is  third grade treatment where other better treatment s are not feasible
