Hi my father has been diagnosed with prostate cancer with glass score 9. He is also suffering with high creatnine as 4.5. the doctor in hospital where he is addmitted right now have refused to operate and remove the prostate. Mainly citing his age and high creatnine. Also they have not advised for CT scan and MRI to understand the overall impact of cancer. Request you to kindly guide

Can you share his MRI report?? I would like to see the extent of tumour before commenting on treatment. And surgery alone is not the treatment for prostate cancer
