My uncle 55 years old done the Biopsy n following results shown .. moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma- prostate , gleasons score 3+4=7, ISUP grade 2 , perineural invasion not seen , 60% tissue shown pressure of tumor ... Urologist says either he has to go through operation or he need to do injection for every three month amount 12000... What to do now as he is not economically so strong ..Is operation life threatening ? If so then who does this kind of surgery ? Urologist , surgeon or any other specialist ? Plz explain in detail ..we are helpless
Urologist ,if money is a problem then a orchidectomy can be done which is one stop solution for injections and is permanent
