Hi,
I am 25 years old male suffering from Ankylosing spondylitis. I recently read an article and there mentioned that risk of Prostate Cancer is high who musterbate frequently. I musterbate frequently also.
When should I start screening for prostate cancer? Is this a disease of old age? What precisions should I take.

Prostate cancer is rare in males below 40 and that is the age you should start screening.
There are other risk factors for prostate cancer such as increasing age, African American race, positive family history and men with certain genetic disorders such as Lynch syndrome.

You can start screening once you are 40. Till then, there is no need to worry.
