Inderal i.e. Tab propranolol is prescribed for performance anxiety ( exams, viva, interview). It also reduces headache. But if it is causing you headache and dizziness then you should check your BP and pulse. As it is a antihypertensive medicine it may reduce your BP and cause dizziness. Once your exams are over you can gradually reduce the dose and stop it.
