Dry cough for the past 1 to 1.5 years. It sometimes gets better but then returns again. Once the coughing starts, it often continues for quite a while. Shortness of breath / difficulty taking a full breath. I sometimes have to breathe with my mouth open to get enough air. This also happens at night. I sometimes experience a feeling of heaviness in the chest. My nose feels slightly blocked from time to time, especially when I wake up in the morning. Please check the X-ray report that I have attached with this question and suggest what I should do. Is it a matter of concern?

Seems like allergic condition and bronchial asthma, you should get evaluated for it.. i would advise pft, absolute eosinophils count and probably hrct chest ( but after looking at the xray films)

Would be better if I get to see the xray film rather than the written report. Dry cough could be allergic if accompanied by nose block. (?sinusitis) Could be adult/ allergic airway disease.
Next Steps
Should do CBC with differential, Serum IgE, PFT and review.
