I had a chest x ray. It showed prominent bronchovascular markings. I have allergic bronchitis. Does allergic bronchitis cause this condition? Anything to worry?

Bv markings are normal findings in a chest x-ray no need to worry, do pulmonary function test for bronchitis an get treated accordingly. Will get cured.
