Prominent branchovascular markings

Hi My father was tested positive for covid. he has no symptoms other than fever of 99-100c . It is one week the test was done.(corona test). As for safety precaution he was taken xray and the report shows Prominent branchovascular markings bilaterally.he is in quarantine now at his home town. What does that mean. What does this mean. And he is diabetic but it is under control.
