Hi I didn't got my periods in last 2 months with heavy flow. They had scanty flow, however this month period is heavy and I have been spotting since 3 days with heavy flow for past 2 days..What should I do? I have faced this problem previously and doctor had diagnosed me with PCOD and post 1 month progesterone pills , my periods had become normal for 4 months Pls suggest, I don't want to take any hormonal pill.
