Fell from bed and had concussion, after that nose got congested and not OK for quite some time, breathing is sometimes very difficult when lying down.

Hi I think you need to get a xray  of nose,to find out any fracture or something...So I would suggest you to visit an ENT SPECIALIST doctor and get yourself evaluated completely and then start proper treatment accordingly Regards
