Prolactin test for PCOD

Is prolactin test relevant when diagnosing PCOD? Won't LH/FSH, DHEAS and ultrasound suffice? Also, my doctor asked me to get Vitamin D and B12 test done. Are these tests really needed for PCOD?

Pco is diagnosed on 3 criteria called Rotterdam criteria which includes oligo/anovulation, biochemical/signs of high testosterone and polycystic ovaries on ultrasound. Nothing else is diagnostic of pcos. Your doctor might have prescribed other tests according to your symptoms to rule out other problems
