Hi, we are planning for pregnancy and my wife prolactin levels are high I e., 36.58ng/ml. Does that mean my wife chances of conceiving? Her AMH values are 2.40 and we are under medication to increase the quality of egg.

Prolactin high is only borderline elevation. It should have any impact on her chance of pregnancy. Amh is importantand it's normal Continue the medication. All the best
