My TSH,FSH, CA125,fasting insulin,LH are tested and normal but my prolactin is 45.7 Is it fine or a problem?doest it cause difficulty to conceive ?

Yes. if there is no breast handling before test. this can go less. you can repeat prolactin after a gap of 6 weeks to confirm the test. if still increased this is called hyperprolactinoma for which teatment is required
