Prolactin level and ectopic pregnancy

Hi i was diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in June 2019 ( 6 weeks) and since it my tube rube ruptured, i was treated by laproscopy and right tube was removed. My periods returned in August 2019 after the surgery and were regular from August to December. However, in Jan, they didnt occur and so my doc asked me for prolactin test as there was milky discharge on pressing breasts. She gave me Dub 5 for 5 days BD time and cabergoline for 4 weeks once a week. Prolactin level got back in range. I got my periods on time in Feb and March. Last LMP was 6 April. I have not got my periods since then and there is again a milky discharge on hard pressing breasts. Please tell me why this is happening. Is ectopic pregnancy a reason for prolactin level abnormality. I am also having heavy hairfall since April. Please tell why all this is happening and what i need to do. Should i take dub 5 for 5 days BD again ?

High level of prolactin might be related to anovulatory cycles and hence are usually associated with irregularities in periods.check with your gynecologist please for treatment

Ectopic is not a reason for high prolactin. Before taking any meds do urine pregnancy test , rule out pregnancy. You need a full and thorough assessment , thyroid levels need to be checked too , other symptoms , visual symptims ,may need an MRI.  please take a proper consult
