My prolactin level was 123 and tsh was 6.62 after treatment with cabergoline 0.5mg once a week for two months my prolactin reduce to 0.50 is this normal now should i discontinue cabergoline? Also Tsh is come down to 2.46.  And TPO antibodies 58. Will i be able to conceive with current report
