Problems related to headache.

Mam/Sir, I am a working woman daily I have to travel 52kms one side by bus for my job. I am a school teacher. Now a days when I return home by 6pm , I am suffering daily from Severe headache. Please suggest me what remedy I should take instead of taking painkillers daily. Thank you
